In the blink of an eye, another season of Panther Camp is over.
We had a great last week with a water day, Color Wars, an assembly with Cool Tricks and Funny Stuff, so many fun games and activities, and our first annual Family Picnic Party.
Thank you to all our campers, their families, counselors, and to everyone to who contributed to making this one of our best summers yet. Thank you, Father God, for blessing our camp with fun and safety all summer. From all of us at Panther Camp, may God bless your school year!

This one’s for the counselors!
These young people (some younger than others 😉) choose to spend their summer with kids, teaching them, befriending them, keeping them safe, and encouraging them to try new things. They act goofy and make fools of themselves so campers will laugh and feel comfortable once their parents leave. They give hugs, wipe noses, and apply band-aids. They play endless games, push them on the swings, and do art and science projects. Some of them let the campers win every game! And some of them teach campers how to lose. ☺️
We award campers each week for being examples of three people of the Bible- Peter for his friendship, Esther for her selflessness, and Moses for his leadership. Our counselors are amazing examples of all those traits.
In the last week of camp, we pray God’s protection and blessings over these counselors as they prepare for school years as educators, or being educated, or working in other vocations. We are so thankful for them!

This week was our Art and Music Fest! We hosted a visitor today, Jeff Rutter, who brought us the show called Music is Art.
Counselors and campers sang and danced all day long!
Photos and videos from the Music is Art show, the Panther Camp Talent Show, and other campers' musical performances this week are being sent to parents in a link to google folder via Brightwheel message this afternoon.
We had a great time enjoying the beautiful gift of MUSIC God gave to us all!

Week 6- our trip to Boulder Ridge Wild Animal Park was so fun!

Week 5’s theme was “Gettin’ Dirty!” Our special event “Messy Day” lived up to the hype! Younger campers played messy Twister and older campers had a color war. Campers said it was one of their favorite activities of the whole summer!

The last days of June and the first days of July were great ones at Panther Camp! We thank God for the safety of all our campers this summer and pray for peace and comfort for all those in need of it.
WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE OUR CAMPERS AGAIN TOMORROW!
