Happy Sunday

Today, we will have 2 Open Mat times...
Our Family Open Mat will be from 10am to Noon. The cost is $30 per group of 4. Bring the kids and have some fun family time. We will also have our regularly scheduled Open Mat from 1 pm to 3 pm.

We will have pop, water and snacks for $1 each going directly back to support our Mission to provide quality, low to no cost athletic training to the community. Find out more about What We Do and Who We Are and get an update on opportunities for the upcoming Fall season.

Weekly schedule update: we are adding an elite mma/ boxing class for current college athletes, MMA fighters, and advanced wrestlers only for the next 2 weeks. It is free on Tuesdays, 6 to 730 pm with Leroy Ortega come check it out
