We are excited to welcome new and returning students, family, and staff to Mt. Hope School! Please join us, Tuesday, August 25, 2026 for our Fall Open House and our Annual Title I Parent Meeting. The event is from 4 pm - 6 pm . Take a school tour, pick up schedules and new ID badges, meet our staff, and enjoy refreshments and giveaways!

There will be a special meeting in the cafeteria at 4:30 pm for parents, students, and staff to hear details about the district's new cell phone policy and explanation of the Yondr Pouch initiative. A brief presentation will on our schoolwide plan for curriculum, intervention, and support for all students will proceed the cell phone policy explanation.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Students in grades 5-12 will need to put it in the pouch when they return to the classroom on August 26. Cell phone free when the new school year begins.

Due to poor air quality conditions in our area, all Lansing School District student activities scheduled for today, July 16th, are canceled. This includes athletic practices and competitions, summer school, and all scheduled summer programming in our district.

The health and safety of our students, staff, and families remains our highest priority, and this decision was made out of an abundance of caution based on current air quality conditions.
