It takes a village is a phrase we sometimes hear and it's so true. Your involvement in the Fall Festival and all our other fundraisers -- reflect the beauty and community of our LCS family.

For all the ways you are involved in our LCS family, THANK YOU. You are truly appreciated. Your involvement and support truly mean the world to us. We are absolutely thrilled to share the final fundraising total from our Fall Festival & Auction 2026. We are already counting down the days until next year!

Congratulations to Prakash for his winning essay!
The Village of Lansing had an essay contest in which some of our students were able to write an essay about how life is like a relay.
Prakash will be recognized at the American Discovery 250 Relay on Wednesday.
Nice work, Prakash!

Yesterday we received our theme shirts for the year! A huge thank you to Parents Club for purchasing these shirts for us every year and to Mr. Kamien and Mrs. Vander Woude for designing them!

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Today we had a Secret Staff Spirit Day to celebrate our custodial and IT staff.
Flannels, jeans and fun shoes for the win!
We are SO thankful for Don, Benny, and Abner!
The students still seem to be figuring out how we all know to dress the same… 😊

On this rainy day we want to remember this fun day when our kindergarten students convinced Mr. Togtman that he should go down the slide.
He was up for the adventure and made their day!
We are so thankful for our LCS family and the joy we can bring to one another!
