In loving memory of our beloved fallen Spartan, Cicely Rochelle Campbell, a 1998 graduate of The College of Social Science at Michigan State University passed away peacefully on July 7, 2026 at the age of 51 after an almost 3 year battle with cancer. Cicely moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2022 and was working for the Federal Government at Veterans Affairs at the time of her passing. Prior to moving to Arizona, Cicely worked for the State of Michigan for 20 years in various roles. Cicely enjoyed traveling, going to concerts, being with family and friends and shopping for perfumes. She also bleed Green and White and was pro Spartans all the way. She is survived by her loving family, Anthony Ewing, who is a fellow Spartan, her son Anthony Jr, her daughter Arielle, her loving mother Willia, brothers Eric and Jeffrey, sisters Patricia, Yvonne, Juanita, Raquel and Mary along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousin, aunts and uncles.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Anthony, their children, family and friends at this difficult time. Cicely, may your spirit flow along the Banks of the Red Cedar now and forevermore.
