St Cecilia is alive and well and thriving online as well as finally in person. Even tiny folks can get the up close and personal feel in our online lessons. St Cecilia will be resuming it's popular workshop program next Sunday. Students will gather informally to try out pieces they're learning and share thoughts on practice, interpretation and performance in general. Much of our activity focuses on overcoming stage fright. These workshops are free and open to the public. Stop in Sunday Sept 29 at 4:00pm

We had a really great workshop last Sunday. One of our newest young artists played with great poise and confidence and we were treated to a song by one of our vocal students. We always welcome visitors to our monthly workshops and of course admission is FREE

We will be having another workshop this Sunday at 5:00pm. These classes are small gatherings of students who play for each other, talk about music and generally have a good time. Workshops are totally free

Our next workshop will be next Sunday, May 27 at 5 00 pm. If you've never been to one of these, they are very enjoyable, informative classes for laymen as well as music students. Heartfelt thanks to all who have expressed sorrow at our beloved King's passing. He gave unconditional love to everyone he met and especially loved hearing the students play. He will always be in our hearts

Calling all students! St Cecilia will host another workshop this Sunday at 5. All students and teachers are welcome to come. These classes are fun gatherings where students can try out there piece in a non competitive, supportive atmosphere and meet other musicians. Come join the fun!

Had a great workshop today. The students played beautifully and we had some very sophisticated discussion. They're beginning to look beyond the notes to experience the heart of the music. I played some pieces I'm currently working on and showed them how I work on pieces.
