Additional Services:
On top of an instructive lesson, additional services may be provided. However, these services come with a fee. Lesson rates vary slightly depending on these factors:
• Travel Time. Lessons can be taught at students home or my own home. There will be a minimal charge to cover travel if student’s home is more than five miles away.
• Group/Split Lessons. $15 per additional student regardless of lesson length
• Lending Equipment. $5 guitars, cords, and amps are available upon request.
• Maintenance and Repair. FREE guitar set-ups and general maintenance! A subscription to any of these services is an added cost. Scheduling and Payment:
When available, lessons can be as frequent or as rarely as you like. Lessons may be scheduled once-weekly or bi-weekly. For your convenience, lessons may be paid for in one of the following methods:
• Weekly: Lessons scheduled on a weekly basis. This method of payment may be preferred for students with unpredictable schedules. Tuition payment is required at the BEGINNING of each week’s lessons.
• Monthly: Lessons scheduled on a monthly basis. Preferred for convenience, and especially to encourage your commitment and dedication to the growing process. Tuition payment is required at the BEGINNING of each month’s lessons. Late Arrival. I will do my best to coordinate an agreeable time for both parties. Students more than 10 minutes late for their lesson will not get the full time. If your lesson starts late because my schedule is running behind, you WILL get your full time. I am very flexible with scheduling and try to accommodate you as much as possible. Cancellations and No-Shows:
If Student Needs To Miss A Lesson. Students are asked to give AT LEAST 24-hour notice to cancel a scheduled lesson; except in the case of illness or other last-minute conflict, in which case students are asked to inform me as soon as they know they will be missing their scheduled lesson time. A make-up lesson will be scheduled at the earliest possible date. If the student does not show up for the agreed-upon make-up date, student will forfeit that lesson. If I Need To Miss A Lesson. If such a case, I will notify you as soon as possible and we will schedule a make-up lesson. All scheduled lessons cancelled by me will be credited to you and a make-up lesson time will be scheduled with you. Have Fun! Please tell me if you’re not thoroughly enjoying your lessons, and we’ll work out what’s needed to make this an awesome experience. Structure is important, but I’ll be as flexible as I can to ensure that your needs are met.
