Highland Park Christian Academy is a subset entity of First Baptist Church of Highland Park, under the headship of Senior Pastor, Dr. Henry P. HPCA operates within the philosophy of "Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old, he will not depart from it." Therefore, we believe that the positive development of a child's intellect and character is not accidental, but is rather a d

irect result of deliberate and purposeful training and education. In light of this, as the African proverb states, "It takes the whole village to raise a child", parents, teachers, and the community partner together to foster this belief. To this end, we believe children are an inheritance from God (Psalm 127:3) and parents, staff, church members, and the community are the stewards of such gifts.
