Hey, everyone! I am going to be offering part time care a couple days per week. These spots are for short hours for the parents who need to run errands or just need some self care time.

Right now Tuesdays & Thursdays or Tuesdays & Fridays are available.
9am-3pm.

I DO NOT offer sick care!

I *may* consider longer hours but it will have to be discussed.

Before I reopen my daycare. I’m putting feelers out for something a little different. Very personalized, nanny-type care. It would be in my home. But, only one or possibly two children. I supply all meals, very one on one care, playschool, trips to the local park (5 minutes from my home), trips to pumpkin patches in the fall, etc. This will be different than just “daycare”.

Hey, everyone! I am preparing to reopen soon. So, keep an eye out for updates! I will be starting back slowly to allow us to adjust to everything since things have been so overwhelming the past few months. I will only be taking two children for the first month or two of reopening. I will only be open 3-4 days a week for the first little while. My son is still weak and immunocompromised so we want to take it easy and not dive back into full time 5 days a week at 10 hour days. The name of my daycare has changed & is now Miss Becca’s Playschool. Facebook has not yet approved the name change for this page but should within a day or two. Once my days, hours & opening date are set in stone I’ll be making a new post and start taking interviews.

As we approach February, the month I was supposed to re-open after having my baby girl, I've realized that I haven't updated on here. Sadly, I will not be re-opening anytime soon. My son, Remy, was unexpectedly diagnosed with a rare cancer this past December. Our life has been a whirlwind of hospital stays and doctor offices. My son cannot even be around other people or go into public. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy & radiation. We have months of treatments ahead of us that we know of. Hopefully, no more than that. God is healing my son and I will re-open one day in the future. But, as of right now his dad & I are both out of work & concentrating on getting our boy back to full health and loving on our new baby girl. This is hard & something I never thought we'd be experiencing. But, we will getting through this. God has a plan for my son and this will be his testimony!

The Wilder Child Wildschool is temporarily closed due to maternity leave. I will reopen when my baby is 6-8 weeks old. Likely late February. I’ll be opening with new days/hours and possibly a new name.💚

I can’t believe I forgot to post these last Friday! Carter graduated The Wilder Child and started kindergarten this past Monday! These past couple of years flew by & I cannot believe he’s such a big boy already! Really, where does the time go?

This is a great safety guide for children swimming in lakes and swimming pools. The color of the bathing suit can make it easier or more difficult to see children while they are swimming. This is a good reminder to always have adult supervision when children are swimming. (Thanks to Praire Lakes Healthcare System.)
