Founded in 1993, the Hempfield Foundation is an independent not-for-profit organization that supports the educational mission of the Hempfield School District through grants and scholarships. TEACHER GRANTS

The Foundation awards grants to Hempfield faculty and staff for initiatives that enhance the academic, athletic, and arts experiences of Hempfield students—we fund innovative programs and oppo

rtunities in all disciplines, including STEAM, the visual and performing arts, and athletics. We also award grants for emotional and learning support programs. These grants allow teachers to try creative, research-based ideas that may not otherwise be possible within budgetary limits. STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS

Each year, the Hempfield Foundation awards multiple scholarships, totaling more than $25,000, to graduating seniors who demonstrate academic excellence and outstanding character. HOW YOU CAN HELP

📣 Incoming Kindergarten Families: The Hempfield Foundation has once again partnered with Fully Promoted Lancaster, PA to offer new 'Class of 2039' shirts for families to purchase! These special shirts will help our newest Black Knights feel connected to their school community from the very start. ❤️🖤

These shirts are limited edition and can be ordered for $6.50 at: hempfieldsdkindergartenspiritwear.itemorder.com
There will also be a QR code link, along with information about the Hempfield Foundation, in a letter being sent home with your kindergartner this week.

⏱ The deadline to order is Tuesday, September 15.

Don't forget to order your kiddo's current size and also size up as they continue their Hempfield journey!
