Landis Elementary will be hosting Volunteer Training on the first Tuesday of every month at 3:00 p.m.

If you have not already completed volunteer training, we encourage you to attend one of these sessions. Please read all information carefully and complete all required forms prior to attending to ensure your volunteer approval process is completed successfully.

Now is the time to register and enroll your new student for the 2026-2027 school year. Be sure to fully complete registration to be ready for the first day of school.

1. Register Your Student at https://www.rssed.org/enroll-a-student
and choose 26-27 Kindergarten & New Student Registration.
2. Submit BOTH:
- Birth Certificate AND Proof of Domicile to finish enrollment.
- Upload with your registration in the app OR bring documents to the front office.
3. Check for an email or phone call requesting missing documentation.

If you have a rising Kindergartener, this is for you!

To get ready for the school year, we ask all incoming kindergarten students to schedule a DIAL-4 screening appointment. The DIAL-4 (Developmental Indicators for the Assessment of Learning) is a brief screening that helps us learn more about your child's developmental skills and readiness for kindergarten. The screening provides valuable information that helps us plan for a successful start to the school year.

Our last screening day is scheduled for July 28th from 9-11am and 1-3pm. If you scheduled a DIAL-4 screening in our May or July 7th sessions, you are good to go. If not, please REGISTER your child AND SIGN UP for a screening. Use the links below to select the appointment time that works best for your family. We are excited to meet you and your child!
