Lights On in Lander afterschool program is a 21st Center Community Learning Center grant funded through the U.S.

Department of Education and the State of Wyoming. Lights on in Lander is a Fremont County School District #1 school-based program and serves as a expanded services program designed to provide quality extended day programming to students in Grades K-12.
