In just a short time, she has jumped into the role with initiative, accountability, and a genuine willingness to help wherever needed. She has shown strong ownership, found ways to contribute, and embraced the work with a positive attitude.

These are the kinds of team members who help build strong school partnerships and supportive environments for students. We are grateful to have her with us and excited for what is ahead!

Ron founded Mazik Group with a simple goal: provide high-quality, relationship-driven behavioral and educational support that truly feels embedded within the school community.

With over 13 years of experience supporting students, staff, and school teams, Ron has worked across a wide range of educational settings, helping schools build practical systems that support both student success and staff growth. His background includes behavioral consultation, special education collaboration, staff training, functional behavior assessment, and school-based behavioral support.

What started as an idea has quickly grown into a team-focused organization built around responsiveness, trust, and long-term partnerships with schools and families.

Outside of work, Ron is heavily involved in the local community through youth sports coaching, mentoring, and family activities. That same coaching mindset continues to shape the culture of Mazik Group today: support people well, communicate honestly, and keep growing.

We’re excited to welcome Samantha Hampton to Mazik Group.

Sam joined us this week and has been strong right out of the gate. She brings years of experience, a solid knowledge base, and a level of professionalism that shows in how she supports students and collaborates with teams.

What stands out early is her reliability and consistency. Those are core to the work we do, and she’s already demonstrating both in a meaningful way.

Team Spotlight: Shannon Poole

Mazik Group is excited to welcome Shannon Poole as a Behavior Consultant, supporting one of the schools we partner with.

Shannon began her career in student support as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA). Through that experience, she developed a strong interest in applied behavior analysis and went on to earn her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.

That step ultimately led her to pursue and complete a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and she is now working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Shannon will be continuing her supervised fieldwork while working in this role, building toward eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam. She has consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to take on new challenges.

At Mazik Group, we believe in creating clear professional pathways for people who show commitment to the work and to the students we support. Shannon’s journey reflects the kind of growth we hope to foster on our team.

We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to the impact she will make supporting students and schools.
