All classes, consultations, and lessons are taught online. Since 2004, our professional clients and most successful students have worked online and have won thousands of dollars in competitions and scholarships with this approach. Our clients have been from all over the USA from Cincinnati and the Midwest to New York and Philadelphia, down to Florida, and over to San Francisco and Los Angeles. Internationally, clients have come from Canada, Asia, Europe, and Australia. When done right, online lessons are a superior way to deliver quality training if for no other reason that the teacher often cannot look at you nor hear you well because they are playing the piano when in-person. Another big factor is that students learn better when the teacher does not touch them. (Read more here) Scientific research also supports these findings. (Find out more here ) By far the student achievements and pictures on the main website are a result of online lessons. Rates:
Voice lessons are bought either in pay-per-visit or in 6- or 12-pack credits. We recommend making the 12-pack commitment as it is not only the least expensive per lesson, but also it takes about that amount of time to see solid improvements. Generally, 30-minute lessons are optimal for the concentrated work we do. Additionally, we recommend doing more than one voice lesson per week initially because body coordination benefits from teacher supervision of correct movement and then repeated correct movement on your own. The challenge is making sure the movements are correct in your own practicing which initially may be hard to realize when things have gone off-track. We do not recommend every-other-week lessons for most situations. Private acting lessons are bought in either pay-per-visit or in 3- or 6-pack credits. If you need a brush-up or have one monologue to prepare for an audition, a single or 3-pack would be optimal, but if you need more or perhaps wish to work on something now and then something different down the road, a 6-pack would be the most useful and least expensive.
