Meet Ashley Cox, an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Teacher at Pine View Elementary.

In this episode of Work Pasco Voices, Ashley shares her "why" and what inspired her to pursue a career supporting students with autism. ASD teachers play a vital role in helping students develop academic, communication, social, and life skills in a structured and supportive environment. Through individualized strategies, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to student growth, they help students build confidence and celebrate milestones.
