Growing Knowledge from Seed to Table

Our scholars are exploring the journey from seed to table through hands-on learning in Culinary Class. Using both traditional garden beds and hydroponic systems, scholars are planting, observing, and caring for plants as they learn different ways food can be grown.

A sweet night of community and support!

We are so thankful for our partnership with Culver’s and for everyone who joined us for Scoopie Night to support Angeline Country Day School! It was wonderful seeing so many of our families come together, enjoy a treat, and support our school.

¡Aprendiendo el alfabeto en español!

Our scholars brought the Spanish alphabet to life! Each scholar designed a letter of el alfabeto using different materials, textures, and their own creativity. When we put all of their individual pieces together, they became a beautiful, student-created alphabet for our Spanish classroom.

Our scholars brought learning to life through hands-on exploration! From creating their own car wash and designing cleaning tools to transforming a large cardboard canvas into a colorful masterpiece, they used imagination, teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity every step of the way.

At Angeline Country Day School, we love giving scholars opportunities to create, explore, express, and discover through meaningful play and learning.

Our first week of school began with our IB inquiry, Who We Are! In art scholars created self-portraits as they explored their identities, shared what makes them unique, and learned more about the friends who make up their classroom community. This meaningful experience encouraged creativity, reflection, and connection as we begin our journey of discovering who we are together.

’Twas the night before school, and all through ACDS, Each classroom stood ready, as lovely as can be. The shelves were all waiting, the tables just right, Prepared for our scholars to arrive with delight.

The classrooms are quiet, the hallways are still, But tomorrow with laughter and wonder they’ll fill. With questions and friendships, new memories too, There’s so much exploring and learning to do.

Tonight, every space waits so peaceful and bright, For our scholars to bring it all fully to life. Angeline Country Day School is ready to say- Welcome, sweet scholars… tomorrow’s the day!

We loved welcoming our new families and scholars and seeing our returning families again! From sampling our new catered lunches to exploring Ozobots with Mrs. Tayarani, it was a wonderful start to the year. We can’t wait to bring Computer Science, IB Enhancements, VR, robotics, and more into our classrooms in 2026–2027!
