We are thrilled to launch this year’s National PTA Reflections program at Rushe! This year’s theme, “What My Culture Means to Me,” invites students to explore and celebrate their heritage, family customs, and personal identities through creative expression.

Students can submit original work in six categories: Visual Arts, Photography, Literature, Music Composition, Dance Choreography, and Film Production.

Every student who participates will receive a special medal and be invited to our PTSA awards ceremony. The first 10 submissions will receive a special prize!

Top submissions will advance to District Finals, with the opportunity to move on to State Finals and Nationals for a chance to win an $800 Young Artist Scholarship!

8th Grade Dance Committee Volunteers Needed!

We’re getting ready to start planning an unforgettable 8th Grade Dance for our Rushe Ravens, and we’d love to have parents and family members join our PTSA Dance Committee! 🎉🪩

Whether you’re great at decorating, organizing, brainstorming fun ideas, helping with logistics, or simply want to lend a hand, we’d love to have you!

🎉 WE DID IT, RAVENS! 🎉

Thanks to the incredible support of our Raven students, families, friends, staff, and community, we officially reached and exceeded our Recess Reloaded fundraising goal!

Together, we raised $15,190, reaching 101% of our $15,000 goal! 🙌

Your support helps Rushe PTSA fund things that directly benefit our students and school community, including student activities and celebrations, teacher and staff appreciation, teacher grants, school events, student incentives, campus improvements, and other programs that help make the Rushe experience even better.

Every registration, donation, share, and word of encouragement helped make this possible. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who supported our Ravens!

We can’t wait to celebrate with our students at Recess Reloaded on November 20th! 🎉

We now have until Monday, October 5th to keep raising, sharing, and helping us get even closer to our goal!

Our Ravens are now at $12,410 toward our $15,000 goal — 82% of the way there! 🎉 We are just $2,590 away from reaching our full school goal!
