A little (lotta!) bio .tapas_ please feel free to comment or message me with any curiosities or questions 😉

•Erin comes to you with over 20 years in practice + 10 teaching-from the karate dojo to the county detention center. She is also a certified Warriors at Ease therapeutic yoga guide + spent 5 years teaching active duty military at MacDill AFB. Her specialty is bringing yoga outside the traditional studio setting + outdoors, although she’s taught at several studios as well: HEAT, Studio 108 + YogaSix to name a few. In addition, she has written + led trainings for aspiring teachers for both prenatal + trauma informed yoga certification.

•Having kept her practice active up until the week she delivered both her sons, Maximus + Fueri, she is well versed in modifications + practicing safely. She was asked to teach both prenatal + postpartum yoga onsite at the birth center she delivered; it was a sacred time especially in the height of the pandemic. She is also experienced with injuries of all types having spent time teaching the military, including veterans at the local VFWs + in private sessions for individuals + families.

•She believes yoga is indeed, for everyone. Her classes consistently reflect this notion.
This purpose will now be carried forth to her neighbors + friends in the Bexley community!
