Middle school soccer champs. What a pleasure it was coaching this team!!! So proud of my little man!

My little 🐝 is now a member of the National Junior Honor Society! To say I’m proud is an understatement. This young man is headed for big things with a big ❤️

My soul burns with love when I look into your eyes my queen… I see you… the you that exists side by side with me lifetime after lifetime… I see you. Hand in hand we walk through this life with hearts burning with gratitude, longing to hold each other for one more second, and laughing at any Challenge that stand before us… because we know that at the end of each day we love, we learn, and we kiss. The woman your are is the divine that I see. Oh how I love you my queen.

Last night was my little Stella’s musical theater debut!! She sang a solo, danced and was an amazing little actress!! So blessed to see her so happy!

I have always dreamt of riding around in a truck listening to country music. As a matter of fact, I remember being 12 years old, in my brothers wrangler, listening to George Straight singing about his truck and thinking I’m going to own a truck one day!
Today that dream came true! Justin Slimak helped me pick my truck and my oldest boy took the 1st ride with me.
It’s a good day😁❤️

I’m so proud of my oldest boy, River, he won the Raven award (MVP) for basketball, the student athlete award for having the highest grades on the team but what his coach said about him is what really touched my heart as a dad. He said River “was an exceptional athlete on and off the court and that he has never coached a kid that tries harder and is a stand up leader like River is. His future is bright and he can’t wait to see what his future looks like.
I know I’m gushing but if you know River you know how passionate he is about basketball and I can honestly say he puts all he has on that court and also in the classroom. I’m blessed to be able to witness him grow as a leader. My baby 🐝 is becoming a young man.

When I quit Trader Joe’s, my coach asked me “what do you want to do now?” In response I said I want to love and laugh with my family as much as possible, I want to call God my own, and I want to find a new adventure.

As I sit and get weekend snuggles from my babies and sweet kisses from I close my eyes and bask in gratitude.
As I sit and meditate with God all around me I know God is mine and I am theirs.
Monday starts my new adventure with my beautiful wife as we bring our restaurant SoFresh to our community so that we may love all and serve all!
I am humbled by Gods love through good and challenging times.
I have learned that God shines through us when we take action towards what fills us with love.

Today is the last day my Lennon will be 3. The joy and love he brings to our family and to all he meets is truly special. Happy birthday to my Lennon aka Mr Pookerson. Dada loves you more than all the stars… “even the ones you can’t see”

Ram Das thank you for the love, compassion, and spiritual light you brought to my life. You found me when I thought I was all alone, you taught me that I was loved more than I could possibly imagine, and that in the end “we are all just walking each other home.”
Although your “spacesuit” is no longer with us your loving presence lives in the actions of all those that love you so much. As always my friend, my teacher, I will meet you in love.
