The next Samford University Ministry Training Institute course is coming soon! The class is "The Book of Revelation" and it will be meeting every Tuesday night from Aug. 18th - Oct. 6th from 6-9pm. This class is being offered in person and via Zoom.

As always, the cost for the course is just $50 plus the cost of the textbook and the course is open to anyone 16-years-old and up who wants to grow in their faith and understanding of the Lord.

What if the most powerful thing you could do for your lost neighbor, your prodigal child, or your unchurched community was to simply show up and pray? 🙏

We believe it is — and that's why this July and August, the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board is hosting prayer gatherings across the state, dedicated to seeking God on behalf of those who don't yet know Jesus as Savior and Lord.

Scripture reminds us that it is God who pursues the lost, and it is through prayer that we get to join Him in that pursuit. "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. As the Lord of the harvest, therefore, send out workers into His harvest." — Matthew 9:37-38
