🎉💰 The Coin Drive Is ON! 💰🎉

It’s time to dig into those couch cushions and piggy banks — our Coin Drive is in full effect!

📅 This week, every morning before school, students can bring in coins and drop them into their grade’s bin. We’ll be set up in the 1st grade shared space to collect coins and jot down the names of our awesome donors.

🏃‍♀️✨ At the end of the week, every penny goes toward our Race For Education total — and the grade that raises the most money wins a cool, sweet treat: Rita’s Water Ice! 🍧

🎁 Plus, one lucky student who donates will be entered into a drawing to win a gift card!

We’re so excited to cheer on our students as they run (and walk!) for their school.

Families are invited and encouraged to come out, cheer loud, and even walk or run around the track with your student if you’d like 💙
Check out the schedule to see when your child’s class is running — we can’t wait to see you there!

Our Race For Education fundraiser launched last Friday and thanks to our amazing school community, we’ve already raised $485 toward our goal! 21 days left to keep the momentum going and reach our goal of $6,000. Families can share the fundraiser link (link in comments) with friends, family, and neighbors, make a donation of any amount, and encourage your child to ask a few supporters to contribute. Thank you for helping us cheer on our students and make this year’s Race For Education a success!

The FTO is dreaming of warmer days! We have a great new Radio Flyer wagon to use for transporting recess supplies, but there's just one problem ... Our students play hard at recess and many of our supplies have gotten lost or damaged in the first half of the year. We're looking for donations of new or gently-used items, so that when the snow finally melts we are restocked and ready to enjoy recess.
We are collecting:
- kickballs
- soccer balls
- basketballs
- four square balls
- sports cones
- footballs
- sidewalk chalk
Items can be dropped off at the main office (please don't send balls on the bus!) or reach out to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to coordinate a pick up.
