As a program of the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension, Coös County 4-H is part of the nationwide Extension network that links research-based knowledge and technology to people where they live and work. The main learning style of 4-H is “learn by doing”. Members and leaders participate in projects that fit with their own interests. 4-H also includes school enrichment programs, camps

Hey Coös and Ess*x 4-H Alumni! Remember the thrill of finishing that final project? The smell of the barns? The taste of a Dairy Bar milkshake? It’s time to bring those memories back to life!

We are building a 4-H Alumni Throwback Display in the 4-H Hall this year, and we need your memorabilia to make it complete. We want to see your:

Prize-winning projects & record books 📚
Ribbons, photos, and fair memories 🥇

We need judges for:

Information Meeting: Wednesday, Aug 5 at the Colebrook Library at 3:30 pm.
Ages: 10-18

4-H is raising funds for the 4-H Dairy Bar at the Lancaster Fair again this year! Last year was a huge success, and we need your help to do it again. We are almost halfway to our goal!

Our fundraiser is called Sponsor a Tub of Ice Cream.
*Cost: $45 per tub (sponsor as many as you like!)
*Perk: Your name or business name will be featured on sponsor sheets around the Dairy Bar for the public to see.
*Deadline: Sign up by August 31, 2026, to ensure your name is included on the sponsor signs!
