River’s Place previously known as Lydia's Closet provides clothing to school-aged children.

We are a joint project of the Manheim Township Ministerium of Churches and the Manheim Township School District.

Rivers Place will be open this Saturday June 6th from 9:30-11:45AM

*We will close promptly at 12:00 so be sure to give yourself time to shop.

*Please bring your own shopping bags if possible.

***Rivers Place is for school aged children only, and is not for infants, toddlers, or adults.***

We clothe many children so there are clothing limits. Available clothing is based on donations.
Each child may have:
• 3 pairs of bottoms (shorts or pants)
• 4 shirts
• 1 pair of shoes if available
• 2 pairs of underwear(new)
• 2 pairs of socks (new)
• 1 hoodie

We are currently distributing Spring and Summer clothing and are especially in need of shorts for little boys and girls size 5-8. Donations can be placed in donation bin. Thank you. 😊

Rivers Place was once again glad to help our friends at Career Link Lancaster. We donated two carloads of clothing and three bins of shoes to help them with their efforts.
Dressing for success boosts confidence, and we are happy to help those looking for employment to have that confidence. 🩵

A big thank you to our High School Boys Lacrosse team for their generous donation to the MT Care Closet! 💙 Collected during their Senior Night, these items will help support students and families across our district.

The MT Care Closet, located at Landis Run Intermediate School, provides essential items such as household essentials and school supplies to those in need. If your family could benefit from the Care Closet, please reach out to your student’s building principal.

We’re so grateful for the kindness and leadership of our students who continue to make a difference in our community!
