Horse-Shoe Trail Cluster, BSA

HST Cluster, BSA was founded with the idea of helping Commissioners get training. The Cluster serves Commissioners in Berks, Chester and Lancaster Counties.
Scouters, commissioners, and professionals alike who are interested in promoting events the Horse Shoe Trail Cluster (HSTC) is, and will be conducting. The HSTC is comprised of the Chester County Council, Hawk Mountain Council, and the Pennsylvania Dutch Council.

Recently we saw some District name changes in PAD Council.
We now are operating a two district council. Iron Forge in the Northern end and Susquehanna as our Southern side.

BSA unveils logo, theme for 2021 National Jamboree The BSA has unveiled the logo and theme for the 2021 National Jamboree — signaling an exciting new approach that will challenge Scouts and Venturers.
2020 date for the Commissioner College of Science is Saturday February 22, 2020.
Through Alex’s efforts we have secured Ellie Morrison, our National Commissioner, as our keynote speaker, please mark your calendars and begin talking up this event with your Commissioners.

Opening and lunch set-up.
College Committee met at Shady Maple. Link will be up around the first two weeks in December. Hawk Mountain Council is leading the College.
Round table sessions will be presented at the Masters level.
Ed Van Arsdale III will be the Dean of the Masters.
