Welcoming Class of 2028!
One of the five college houses of Franklin & Marshall College. Also be sure to follow our Instagram @bonchekcollegehouse.
Founded in 2005 as “South Benjamin Franklin House”, our House changed names in 2007 when a generous gift from Drs. Larry and Rita Bonchek allowed us to build our beautiful Commons with its many programming spaces, turning our bare-bones Residence Hall into a true "House."

Yay, Horace!!
Franklin & Marshall alum Horace Facey felt at home before ever visiting campus. His path to a career in technology, however, was not as decisive. That's exactly what inspires Facey to guide current students on their career paths.
F&M senior Noah Fox was the first student Facey mentored through the College's True Blue Network mentorship program, though he has previously provided guidance to other undergraduates aspiring to work in the tech industry.

Bonchek alum’s art featured in Lancaster!
During his walks along W. Grant Street, Lancaster City Alliance Community Engagement Manager, Alex Otthofer, has been admiring the beautiful new mural by talented Lancaster artist Salina Almanzar-Oree. The neighborhood’s latest work of public art, organized by the Community Mennonite Church of Lancaster, brightens the streetscape and reflects the neighborhood's vibrancy. The mural’s canvas is a former warehouse building that Community Mennonite Church is rehabbing to house new affordable apartments on the block soon.
