Congratulations to both of our captains, Leah Gillie and Rachel Plantinga, for being named to the Division 5 All-CIF team!

Congratulations to Leah on being named the Golden League Player of the Year for 2022!

Congratulations to Leah, Rachel, Caroline Toberman, and Paige Stuart on being named to the Golden League First-Team, and to Emma Frazer for being named Honorable Mention.

The Quartz Hill Girls’ Volleyball Family is grieving with one of our own families in the senseless and tragic death of Jacob Matthew Taylor.

We stand with Jade and the Taylor family and our community in seeking for the people responsible for his death. We also support the Taylor family in their grief and encourage you to join the family and community on Monday at 5 PM for a Candlelight Vigil in Jacob’s honor.

A phenomenal season came to a difficult end tonight as the Royals fell in 3 sets to Marina. Congratulations and best wishes to them on their path forward.

This season is full of accomplishment:

-A final record of 29-7
-A 6th Consecutive Golden League Championship without losing a set.
-Wins over D1, D2, D3, and D4 teams and highly-ranked teams from other states.
-A perfect run through the Foothill League.
-Most important, a group of player who represented themselves, their families, their school, and their community with the highest character and integrity.

Seniors, your future is BRIGHT and we are so proud of you. Congratulations on an incredible high school career.

Everyone else, tag you’re it. Time to carry on the tradition of QH Royals Volleyball.
