It seems like just when we were ready to get back to normal, COVID continues to be a worry for social gathering. I have a close friend who was just diagnosed with COVID and has had both of her vaccinations. As much as I would love to schedule a class gals lunch, I am hesitant to do so.

We lost a very dear classmate who also was my first cousin. Jim Wohrer passed away today after a battle with cancer. He was such a wonderful guy with the best sense of humor. And only 10 days after his brother, Mike, died.

It’s been a while, gals, but I’m ready if you are. How about an outdoor lunch venue early May. Pink Cricket has picnic tables and we always love their pizza. Who’s in?

I am getting my second COVID-19 shot next Friday. Hopefully, you all are on target to have both shots by end of month. Maybe we can plan an April lunch. Let me know what you think and where you would like to go. I miss seeing all of you and our lunches.
