It’s Curriculum Night tomorrow!

➡️ Children stay home. This is an informational evening for adults.
➡️ Early dismissal! Pick-ups begin at 12:45 and busses leave at 1 pm.

Our first PTO meeting of the year tonight, Wednesday, September 23 at 6pm. The meeting is in the school library, and all current Como Park parents are invited to attend!

We will be talking about fall programming and fundraising, hearing from our principal, and discussing some new ideas!

Our fall fundraiser officially kicks off on Monday 9/21! Your child will be bringing home the envelop with details and catalogs in the next couple of days. Do you want to get a jump on sharing and browsing? Use the information below on the pre-sale flyer to link to the site today!

Let’s take a minute to talk about why the PTO needs to fundraise?!?

Every dollar we raise goes directly back to student programming, events and projects that make a positive impact on the Como Park community. Things like the garden, yearbooks for everyone, field trips, playground equipment, new books for classrooms and students, field day, lunch bunch, birthday treats, Holiday Hallways, and so, so much more. It takes a lot of money to provide these things to our students and teachers.

We also know that times are tough and budgets are strained. To that end, we have committed to only doing two fundraisers a year. We don’t want to constantly ask for money, and we know you have lots of organizations to support. We also understand if you can’t support this fundraiser. But maybe you could share the info and someone you know might want to buy some cookie dough or other household items? The online platform of this fundraiser is great for that!
