Attention Transfer Students:

The Cal State Apply team sent the following information:



CSU transfer applicants can now make updates to their previously reported transfer coursework in their Fall 2020 Cal State Apply application. Access to submit updates will be available until 11:59 PM January 31, 2020. Applicants were sent email notification about the process on January 8. We will also send out a couple of reminders throughout the month.

The following details about the update process may be helpful with student advising.

Applicants can download a pdf of their application and use that to review previously reported information and identify what needs to be updated.
Updates can only be submitted once. After they are submitted, the applicant will not be able to update again.
Applicants can add new colleges but cannot delete or edit previously added colleges and dates of attendance. If they need to edit attendance dates to add spring and summer courses, they contact Cal State Apply Applicant Support who can extend the dates for the applicant.
Applicants who reported a college with only pending spring courses which they are not going to attend after all will have to contact support to have that college deleted.
Applicants who opted out of entering coursework on their application will not get the chance to correct this selection and add coursework now.
Applicants who report issues of being locked out or have trouble with the update process can contact applicant support.
In addition to completing the update process, in Cal State Apply, the student may be contacted by a few CSU campuses to complete their campus supplemental application. This should be completed in addition to the Cal State Apply update.

Attention Transfer Students:

Transfer Academic Update
Transfer students are required to update their application with Fall 2019 grades and confirmation/modification of winter/spring 2020 courses by the end of January.

Transfer applicants received an email message from UC in early January to complete the TAU. All transfer applicants must submit a TAU, including students who applied in December or early January to one of the three open campuses, and including students who have no fall 2019 grades or winter/spring 2020 courses to report.

Failure to complete the TAU may impact admission status, so please encourage students to complete the TAU prior to the January 31 deadline.
