Through a partnership with The Manufacturers' Association the Workforce & Economic Development Center is offering Supervisor Training courses designed to help current and future leaders build the skills they need to succeed. 💼

Participants will learn from experienced instructors while developing practical skills in communication, coaching, conflict resolution, employee development, decision-making, and team leadership.

Whether you're new to supervision or looking to continue developing your leadership skills, these courses provide the tools and confidence to take the next step.

From the classroom to the workplace, Thaddeus Stevens College students are gaining the experience needed to step into their future careers. More than half of our student body works at a fully paid in-field work experience during their time at the College.

From the U.S. to overseas, our faculty showcase the expertise for our students to receive industry-aligned education.

Second-year Computer & Network Systems Administration instructor, Dr. Jameson McFarlane, spent his summer presenting his research paper ‘Discord Communication Application and its Impact on College GPA.’

He spoke at the International Network for Social Network Analysis in Daytona Beach, Florida, and the EDULEARN Conference in Mallorca, Spain, joining researchers and industry professionals to discuss emerging trends. An education from Thaddeus Stevens College provides instruction from faculty who have spent their time working directly in the industry and bringing real-world application directly into the classroom.

While in Spain, Dr. McFarlane connected with a graduate working in cybersecurity for the German government, a reminder that Bulldogs are making an impact far beyond campus. 🩶
