Electrical Technology Dual Credit Instructor - provide hands-on, industry-aligned instruction that enables students to complete the first year of an Associate of Applied Science degree while still enrolled in high school. Instruction will emphasize electrical theory, wiring methods, safety, troubleshooting, and practical application while preparing students for postsecondary education and employment in high-demand technical careers.
Electromechanical Technology Dual Credit Instructor - provide practical, hands-on instruction aligned with advanced manufacturing and industrial maintenance industry standards. Students will complete coursework that supports completion of the first year of the Associate of Applied Science degree while gaining foundational skills in mechanical systems, automation, industrial controls, robotics, PLCs, and troubleshooting.

For their capstone project this year, our Civil Engineering Construction Technology second-year students left their mark right here on campus.
At our Griscom location, students transformed an aging loading dock into a refreshed and more welcoming space for the campus community.
From replacing damaged concrete to repairing and improving surrounding areas, students applied the technical skills they’ve developed throughout the program while creating an outdoor gathering space for students, complete with new benches.
Projects like this reflect the power of applied learning at , giving students the opportunity to put their education into practice while making meaningful contributions to the spaces around them. 🦺

Thaddeus Stevens College recently joined the Reading Fightin Phils, jumping in a Sunday Fun Day that brought the broader community together. During the game, Champ took part in throwing out the first pitch and Dr. Chris Metzler, Director of Athletics and VP of Student Services, shared about in the press box! ⚾️

Today, Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology celebrated the groundbreaking of Stevens Hall and the Michael C. Mylott Dining Hall, new spaces that will support students throughout their educational journey and expand opportunities for those pursuing hands-on, life-changing careers.
The new four-story residence and dining facility will expand housing for 150 students on our Main Campus while creating spaces that strengthen campus community and enhance the student experience.
At , advancing our mission means creating spaces where students can thrive. We don’t simply focus on opening doors to opportunity, we ensure students have supports to continue overcoming barriers and preparing for a thriving future.
