KIX Martial Arts

Cali Muay Thai 65 Results: KIX had an absolutely dominant night, going 4-0. Not only did we win in the ring, we took over the crowd as well. Our people were deep, loud and proud. KIX made a STATEMENT.

Eduardo Alvarado - Won with a TKO in round 4, via knee, for the IKF Super Middleweight state title.

Josh Salcido - Won with a dominant performance, against a tough opponent, showcasing clinch, knees, kicks, and his boxing skills.

Delilah Murillo - Dominant victory with multiple head kicks, damaging knees, as well as superior clinch. She also showed off her elite movement as she had her opponent kicking air all night.

Gracie Delgadillo - Won with a 1st round TKO. She showed off her slick movement, her elite kicks and her high level clinch game prior to her opponent, unfortunately being injured.

Emelia won her 2nd amateur fight last night, against a much more experienced opponent. She remains undefeated (2-0 amateur) (3-0 PKB). Eddy and I can’t express how proud we are. Emelia’s work ethic, discipline and ability to make weight on short notice (she took the fight on just 2 weeks notice) is unmatched. When I talked to the promoter about the details and what she would have to do for this one, there’s not many fighters I would have been as confident in making it happen.

Emelia started with KIX with zero experience almost 4 years ago. We’ve taken her fight career slowly, but when she gets out there, we’re confident it’s a win. She should be an example to all of our young fighters. Congrats on the win, Showtime. ⚔️
