Congratulations to the Lancaster Heat 12U (Kupka) for finishing as the runner-up in the Gold Bracket at the West Seneca Magic Tournament at Sunshine Park.

The Heat went 2-0-1 in pool play on Friday and Saturday before scoring a pair of wins in bracket play on Sunday to advance to the event's title game. In six games, the Heat outscored their opponents by a combined score of 48-28.

Great job ladies!

Congratulations to the Lancaster Heat 14U Dolpp, who went 4-1 and finished as the runner-up in the Gold Bracket at the 33rd annual Lou Gehrig Lasers Summer Classic last weekend.

After going 2-0 in pool play and earning the No. 3 seed in bracket play, the Heat scored 31 runs in two bracket games on Sunday to advance to the championship game final, where the team came up short against top-seeded Fury Fastpitch 2011. In the five games on the weekend, the Heat posted a team OPS of 1.202.

This past weekend, three of our 11U and 12U Lancaster Heat teams competed in the 30th Annual Lancaster Heat 12U Classic, and all three teams advanced to the Gold Bracket on Sunday!

Congratulations to 11U Heat Burgstahler, 11U Heat Schmidt, and 12U Heat Kupka on an outstanding weekend of softball. Your hard work, dedication, and teamwork were on full display throughout the tournament.

We are proud of each player, coach, and family who helped make this a successful weekend. Keep up the great work, ladies, and thank you for representing Lancaster Heat with pride and sportsmanship.

The girls had a tremendous weekend at the Grand Island Viking Classic, finishing as Runner-Up in the Silver Bracket!

We are incredibly proud of the hard work, determination, and teamwork these young athletes displayed throughout the tournament. Keep competing, keep improving, and keep representing Lancaster Heat with pride.

Congratulations to our two finalists in our Heat Leadoff Classic this weekend, Pride Mocha and Heat Elite 2027. The Heat Elite squad prevailed in the championship game.
It was the first tournament on our new turf at Walden Pond Park and we look forward to hosting four more age groups over the next two weekends.
