🐯📸 THIS WEEK AT PRE! 🧡🖤

What a week in Tiger Country! Our PRE Tigers were learning, growing, leading, and connecting all across campus! 🐾✨

📚 Learning in Action: Students were engaged in small-group instruction and hands-on learning throughout our classrooms.

👩🏾‍🏫 PLC/Cluster Learning: Our teachers became the students as staff participated in instructional demonstrations, collaborated, and shared strategies to strengthen teaching and learning at PRE.

🌟 Sister 2 Sister & My Brother’s Keeper: We kicked off our mentoring programs, creating opportunities for our young Tigers to build confidence, leadership, mentorship, and community.

🧹💐 Happy Custodian Appreciation Day! We celebrated the amazing members of our custodial team who work behind the scenes every day to keep PRE clean, safe, and ready for our Tigers. THANK YOU for all you do! 🧡🖤

🏆 And, of course, we celebrated student accomplishments, House activities, and plenty of those everyday moments that make PRE special!

🐯🎤 IT’S TIGER TALK WEDNESDAY!

We asked our PRE Tigers a very important question… 👀

🎤 “What do teachers do when the school day ends?”

And apparently, our Tigers have some VERY interesting ideas about what happens once they leave! 😂🤣

🎥 Watch the video and tell us — which answer was your favorite? 👇🏾

Welcome to Tiger Talk Wednesdays at PRE, where we put the mic in our Tigers’ hands and you never know what they’re going to say! 🐯🎤🧡🖤

What. A. DAY. 🐯🔥

Today, our PRE Tigers spun the wheel and officially found their place in the PRE House Family! The smiles, the cheering, the excitement, and the HOUSE PRIDE were everything we hoped for and MORE! 🥹🎉

❤️ Amistad — House of Friendship
🖤 Altruismo — House of Givers
💚 Isibindi — House of Courage
💙 Rêveur — House of Dreamers

But today wasn’t just about finding out a color. It was about BELONGING. Every Tiger now has another family cheering them on, encouraging them to grow, and celebrating them throughout their journey at PRE.

And we’re only getting started… 👀🔥

Tomorrow, our students meet with their Houses for the very first time, and Monday, House Points officially begin! 🏆

A HUGE thank-you to our staff for bringing the energy and making today’s reveal something our students will remember! 🫶🏽

💛👵🏾👴🏾 There’s nothing quite like the love of a grandparent! 👴🏼👵🏼💛

This morning, Pleasant Run Elementary was filled with love, laughter, hugs, smiles, and some very special memories as we welcomed our amazing grandparents and grand-friends for our Grandparents Day Breakfast! 🥞🍳☕️

Our grandparents are storytellers, encouragers, prayer warriors, cheerleaders, teachers, and some of our scholars’ BIGGEST supporters. Today was our opportunity to celebrate the special role they play in the lives of our children. 🧡

To every grandparent and special guest who joined us today: THANK YOU! Your presence meant more than you know, and seeing the smiles on our scholars’ faces was priceless. 🥹💕

📸 PRE families, help us spread the love!
