Our 5th Annual MAWNY Award Banquet was the perfect way to celebrate the end of an incredible ‘25 - ‘26 season. Students from our musical and show choir programs came together to reflect on a year filled with growth, hard work, and unforgettable memories. The highlight of the afternoon was honoring our students with awards recognizing their dedication, leadership, and passion throughout the season.

From lunch and basket raffles to heartfelt senior speeches, the day was filled with laughter, happy tears, and so much love for our MAWNY family. Thank you to all of our students, parents, staff, and volunteers for making this season so special. We can’t wait to see what next year brings! 💖🎭✨

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: EDDIE FRITZ ✨

🎓✨ Our next Senior Spotlight is Eddie Fritz! For the past year and a half, Eddie has been a part of the MAWNY family through our Summer Musicals. 🎭💙 His favorite MAWNY memories are the moments spent joking around and making memories with friends between scenes during rehearsal. After graduation, Eddie will be attending the University of Rochester, where he plans to major in Biology on a Pre-Med track. We are so proud of you, Eddie, and can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in this next chapter! ✨🎓

🎓✨ Our next Senior Spotlight is Michael Duffy! For the past 4 years, Michael has been a part of the MAWNY family through our musicals, creating unforgettable memories both on and off the stage. 🎭💙 His favorite MAWNY program was Sweeney Todd, and his favorite memory? Heathers Pop Quiz. After graduation, Michael will be attending Pace University to pursue a BFA in Musical Theatre. We are so proud of you, Michael, and can’t wait to see where the stage takes you next! ✨🎓

🎓✨ Our next Senior Spotlight is Megan Guercio! For the past 3 years, Megan has been a part of the MAWNY family through our musicals. 🎭💙 Her favorite MAWNY experiences have been our summer shows, and one of her favorite memories can simply be summed up as “ALE # # #!!” After graduation, Megan will be attending The Salon Professional Academy to study Cosmetology, with future plans to pursue a degree in Art Education. We are so proud of you, Megan, and can’t wait to see where your next adventure takes you! ✨🎓

🎓✨ Our next Senior Spotlight is Gianna Forenzo! For the past 3 years, Gianna has been a part of the MAWNY family through our musicals, bringing talent, dedication, and positivity to every production. 🎭💙 Her favorite MAWNY memories are performing onstage alongside all of her friends and creating unforgettable moments together. After graduation, Gianna will be attending American University to major in Political Science. We are so proud of you, Gianna, and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll accomplish in this next chapter! ✨🎓

🎓✨ Our next Senior Spotlight is Madi Raybeck! For the past 5 years, Madi has been a part of the MAWNY family, performing in our musicals and as a member of SHOUT! 🎭🎶 One of her favorite MAWNY memories was being part of Legally Blonde, and she has made so many incredible memories both onstage and off throughout her time at MAWNY. After graduation, Madi will be attending SUNY Geneseo to major in Math Education. We are so proud of you, Madi, and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for you! 💙✨

Bella has been a part of the MAWNY family for 5 years, spending her time onstage in our musicals and as a member of SHOUT! 🎭🎶 Some of her favorite MAWNY memories include our Winter Musicals and our trip to Hershey Park! After graduation, she will be heading to Buffalo State University to study Fashion Merchandising. Bella, we are so proud of you and can’t wait to see where your next adventure takes you! 💙✨
