Every year for Transgender Day of Remembrance, SAGA puts up flags in memory of some of the lives lost to anti-transgender violence. While you walk past today and this weekend, remember that 2021 was a record breaking year of deaths and that these flags are just some of the transgender people lost to violence. Some are not reported and some people are still in the closet when they pass. Come to our vigil at Writers House at 4:30 on Sunday for a name reading of all of our lost siblings from 2022!

Sophomores and freshmen! Join our executive board! We have many positions available that can work with your commitment level and more! Join our awesome executive board, help plan gay activities, and advocate for LGBTQ students!

For Trans Day of Remembrance, we will be holding a bake sale. All of the proceeds will go to Lititz Chooses Love! Come get some awesome baked goodies to help our local LGBT friends!

Our annual Transgender Day of Remembrance vigil will be held on November 20th at 4:30 in the Writers House! Come join and enjoy some refreshments!

National Coming Out Day is October 11th! Sadly, that takes place during fall break, so we will be celebrating instead after fall break on October 15th at 7 pm with food, Choomies, and more! We are co-sponsored by Weis’s Assembly of Peers, LGBTQ+ Student Life, and PSP Honors Fraternity. Thank you all!

On April 16th, SAGA held our annual drag show! Thank you so much to Amethyst Diamond and Chase for your amazing performances. You guys killed it! Thank you to everyone who came out to watch the show! It means a lot to all of us! Lastly, thank you to our student performer, Micki. You were fabulous! Thanks again everyone and we cannot wait for next year!
