After all the times I've asked the Women in Student Conduct group for advice it was awesome to have a chance to pay it back at today's webinar "Restorative Justice and Student Organizations." At one point we had 57 people in the Zoom! Thanks ASCA Women and Student Conduct!!!

Wow! We won an award! Faculty, students and staff from around F&M have been devoting time to restorative practices and Advoz: Mediation & Restorative Practices in Lancaster honored the initiative. Thanks to Maya Greenshpan, Brenna Schlechter, Kayla Mejia, Beth Proffitt, Nick Ross, Alex Wintz, Jedrek Dineros, Meredith Bielaska, Jen Miller and everyone at F&M who is part of the RP movement.

Heading to Baltimore this weekend for my first NGLA (Northeast Greek Leadership Association) conference. I'm incredibly proud of the restorative justice work that's part of a big culture change on campus and I hope other schools could consider a similar move for long-lasting impact.

It's all about the culture of integrity...which probably also means promoting the notion that it's okay to fail -- and that there is support for everyone (not just students) who fails. Amy Mulnix, this looks like something you'd appreciate.
