Good morning and happy new week 💕 This is our daily reality when trying to schedule patients for MRIs or scans ever since they merged with the Hospital ‼️ Currently 1 hr 6 mins on hold to help a patient schedule something that another office told them to call and schedule themselves smh 💯 A patient or a family that's already frustrated dealing with a Cancer diagnosis, now having to suffer through a long hold to schedule a dang scan and cause them confusion ‼️‼️

So as painful as it may be to hold for such long periods of times, we would rather do it than have our Patients suffer or stress over something we can help ease ❤️ Cancer sucks ssa x infinity 💯 We are here to make our Patients journey just a little bit easier as they navigate through it 👏👏

Before the day ends, happy Father’s day to my Dad 🥰🥰 He stepped up into a role when he didn't have to, and has been nothing but an amazing Dad for the last 25 years ♥️ I love you so much and I'm so blessed and grateful to have you in my life 🥰 Thank you for being there for me and the kids ❤️
