Life update!! 😍 I am elated to share that I have accepted a full-time, tenure track position at the University of South Alabama as Assistant Professor of Flute. I am also looking forward to serving as Program Director of Musician Health and Safety for the USA music department.

Connor and I are forever grateful for the past 3 years in Lancaster, SC—a place that will always be special to us. We will miss living on beautiful Craig Farm and the amazing people we have met. I am beyond proud of Connor for making such a huge impact in his position at USCL and the Lancaster community as a whole.

I am thrilled to join this wonderful music faculty and join the Jaguar family ❤️💙 We cannot wait to move into our new house and call Mobile home!🏡

It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself 😊 I’m Dr. Emily Nazario and I teach private 1:1 lessons to enthusiastic middle and high school flute players in Charlotte & Online 🪈✨

Whether your child has aspirations of playing in the All-State Band, auditioning for a college music program, or is just looking to sharpen their skills, Emily guides each student in the direction of their goals 💪

Additionally, lessons focus on fundamentals of technique such as: making a clear sound on the flute, playing comfortably in the high register, and training your fingers to nail that difficult measure every time! 👍

Each prospective student receives a trial lesson (free of charge) to get to know each other and see how I can best help you 🎼✨
