ATTENTION
I need your schedules for the upcoming weeks no later than the Sunday before and I will need payment for those days ON Monday. You do need to prepay for the days you tell me you need whether the child shows up or not because I have PRN kiddos that I schedule around you guys and if I block that day out for your child and your child doesn't show and you don't pay for that day then I am losing money especially since I could've scheduled someone else for that day. I will also be finding part-time work to do around your kiddos since I have so many part timers. So please keep this in mind. This is mine and my kids livelihood. I appreciate all of you and am looking forward to having your kiddos but this is my business and we need to treat it as such. I'm trying to stay away from having to charge a weekly rate. Thank you for your understanding and patience with me as I figure this all out.

I am restarting my in home childcare and am starting from scratch so any donations are highly appreciated and if you wanna get rid of some stuff let me know!

There's been some questions about payments and openings and hours and such so hopefully this helps. If you have any other questions please ask in the comments so everyone else can see.

-Price Rate
Currently I am only doing one flat rate fee of $20 per child per day. This just makes things easier on me for the moment.

Depending on how things go I may change the price for partial days. Also, depending on how things go I may or may not charge a flat weekly rate instead of daily. This is all still up in the air. I'm testing the waters right now to see what will work best not only for me and my family but all of you as well.

-Payment Methods
I accept Facebook pay, Venmo, cashapp, chime and cash.

-Payment Due Dates
You must prepay for the week. So payments are due on the Monday of the current week.

If it is not paid on Monday, I will give you till that following Friday, but there will be late fees added on. If not paid by the following Monday (along with the next payment) your child will be removed from my care.

I only do this because there is a huge need for childcare in our town and if you cannot pay but I am still keeping your child then we are holding up a spot for someone else. Also, I don't want to be rude but this is a business and mine and it is my family's livelihood that is at stake if payments are not made.

-Hours
I am offering 24/7 childcare.

That being said, I am human and I am a mom a of kids in sports. If I need days off or early pick ups, I will let you all know ahead of time.

If there is an emergency or last minute closings, I will refund your money or we can credit it to the next payment.
