A special thank you to Discovery League for visiting LCC!

We loved welcoming these bright, curious students to campus last week. It was fun to give them a look at life at Lamar Community College, share what we have to offer, and help them imagine what their next steps could look like.

Thank you for spending time with us! We hope you enjoyed your visit, and we look forward to seeing where your journeys take you.

What a weekend to be a Lope!

It was a full weekend of Lope Athletics! Volleyball, Women’s & Men’s Soccer, and Rodeo all had at-home games! Our teams competed and showed up for each other every step of the way.

Even when our Lopes were not competing at home, they were either on the road representing us or in the crowd supporting their fellow Lopes. That’s what being a Lope is all about.

It was loud. It was fun. It was competitive. And most importantly, it was Lope pride all weekend long! A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported the LCC Lopes this weekend! We appreciate you showing up for our Lopes! 🦌
