Lastly before graduation tomorrow Lakota FBLA wants to honor may member of the month and member of the year. For May Landon Sundeen was member of the month. Landon was nominated for his hard work as president, keeping the chapter in line during meetings, and helping with fundraisers. Thank you Landon for all your hard work. McKenna Karna was nominated for member of the year. All members voted on one person who was has previously won member of the month. McKenna was nominated for her dedication to FBLA throughout the year. She helped with fundraisers, was the chapter reporter, and is the one creating this post! I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported Lakota FBLA! Without the support on Facebook our chapter would not be were it is today! Thank you- McKenna Karna

Lakota FBLA April member of the month goes to Hannah Halvorson. Hannah is a dedicated officer member as our secretary. She prepares the meeting minutes and takes notes during all of the meetings. Thank you Hannah for your hard work throughout the past couple years!

March member of the month is Chase Matejcek! Chase is the first and only middle schooler from Lakota FBLA to make it to nationals! Chase also helps with the snack shack and participating at FBLA fundraisers. Congratulations Chase on being March member of the month!

We have had a fun couple weeks! This past Thursday we had Julie Morten join us at our chapter meeting. Some of our members asked her questions about what it is like owning Dairy Queen. Before Easter some of our members got to hide Easter eggs around town. Hannah and McKenna got caught hiding the eggs!🫣 As we finish the year out watch for some more fundraisers!

Thank you Lakota Community Club for having FBLA for our bake sale and letting our chapter members volunteer! We sold everything from our bake sale! Thank you all who helped volunteered at the carnival and all who bought from the bake sale! Happy Easter🐣

State Leadership Conference Part 2! All members participated in either a test or role-play! This year Lakota FBLA has grown for 17 to 27. We have made some new additions to FBLA which include; adding a middle school chapter, adding 13 new members, and creating a new officer team! Lakota FBLA is proud of each member! Everyone worked hard to be at state. But we also found time to have some fun! Lakota FBLA also wants to thank our advisor Mrs. Sundeen. Without her none of this would be possible! Lastly, we want to thank the graduating seniors who have just gone to their last high school FBLA conference!
