It’s been a while since we’ve posted anything, but we are baaaaaack!!!! We are doing it again on Thanksgiving morning. Here are the quick details- it’s at Bear Creek Lake Park and we are doing a relay cross race. You can do it as a 2,3 or 4 person or corporate team. It’s a free race, but donations are also accepted. With the snow, we need to postpone Turkey Cross. We will post new date details soon.

It's our agreement, as well as our obligation to ensure that the trails at Village Greens stay in great shape, so we are rescheduling.

UNFORTUNATELY WE NEED TO POSTPONE TURKEY CROSS WITH THE WET TRAILS. WE WILL HAVE A NEW DATE SOON.

Here is the all important information regarding Turkey Cross 2019:

Date and time: Thanksgiving morning at 9am. Everyone starts at the same time.

Place: Meet at the east lot of Village Greens Park near Cherry Creek State Park.

We will be doing things similar to last year, but all will be fun. 5 laps, best poker hand wins. More explanation at the start, or not.

The trails we are riding will be open to the public and our agreement is that we will yield to other trail users.

There are no entry fees, however we will be collecting canned food to help those in need. Donations of cash and bike parts for Recycle Bicycles are also encouraged. We would also like to see folks donating to the Julie Ryburn Memorial Scholarship Fund. More details will be posted.

Helmets are required. Cross bikes and mountain bikes are your best bet, but ride what you bring. We may need to go to plan B if the trails are wet, but we will determine that day of. There will be a course pre-ride at 830.

In regards to hydration, please check and follow the park rules.

Call ups based on the state you are from, or the college you went to or want to go to. Wear your state or college colors. If you wear plaid pants and the College shirt, you get a head start.
