Building Blocks Workshops is a model building "large group activity" that is presented through the vision of an Architect. Participants are encouraged to build structurally sound, interesting, and whimsical models that have an architectural character worthy of the history they represent. Building Blocks workshops was developed by Stephen W. Schwartz AIA, Architect of SWS Architects, Livingston, NJ

and is a graduate of Washington University in St.Louis. Stephen is a past President of the American Institute of Architects Newark Suburban Chapter and is an active member of many other civic and educational organizations. He is a licensed Architect in NJ, NY, CT, MA, PA, DE, NC, VA, MD, & FL.
