We’re excited to add a Marathon MTB pathway to our program—designed to turn XCO speed + skill into long-course diesel power💥

Built for 18–23-year-old off-road racers looking to expand their racing experience, with sights set on the iconic .

Team members get full access to our successful UCI-focused program, plus race support at key Leadville Race Series events as part of their training build toward Leadville.

has been part of the Leadville scene for 15+ years—as racers and coaches—and with multiple sub-7 hour finishes from U23 riders racing under our guidance.

Now, we’re excited to offer coaching, mentorship, and race support in a team environment for more young riders ready to take on the biggest and best of them all—on the second Saturday in August ✊🏼

📣 Calling all 15–22-year-old female off-road endurance racers!

WE want YOU in our program for 2027 🏁

At , we believe the right coaching, support, and community can help young women not just compete—but rise, flourish, and find their confidence in endurance sports.

💙 Our coach, Kathy Tank Waite, is a one-of-a-kind communicator, educator, and supporter of young female athletes. After more than a decade coaching junior women, she brings a wealth of experience and insight into what it takes to help female athletes thrive.

And for 2027, we’re excited to welcome a new female coach to the team: our very own daughter, Sofia Waite! 💙

Sofia has risen through the ranks of mountain bike racing and is ready to share her firsthand knowledge and experience with our riders—from course previews and race strategy to equipment selection and everything in between.

This is more than a race program. It’s a place to learn, grow, push your limits, and become the athlete you’re capable of being.

⚖️ Balancing life stress with training stress is how WE coach—and rider Ben Garmany is a perfect example of that approach as he heads off to begin college this week!

🚀 Ben raced MTB at the UCI level throughout high school in our national team program, is an accomplished violinist, and is one of Colorado’s highest-achieving students. He earned the prestigious Boettcher Foundation Scholarship, receiving a full ride to the Colorado college of his choice.

👨🏻‍🎓 His choice? CU Boulder, where he’ll pursue a degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Ben, we wish you all the best as you begin this exciting next chapter. We’ll take great joy in watching you continue to succeed on the bike, in the classroom, and in life.
