Congratulations to Dylan Terry of Brick Memorial High School! Dylan was nominated by his teachers to represent Brick Memorial High School as an Unsung Hero at the Unsung Hero Student Recognition Awards held at the RWJ Barnabas Health Arena in Toms River. The Unsung Hero Awards are sponsored by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, Ocean County Executive County Superintendent of Schools and Ocean County Association of School Administrators and honored students from schools throughout Ocean County who were recognized as “Unsung Heroes.” These students have overcome obstacles, persevered in the face of a great challenge or have made huge strides academically!
The four words Dylan’s teachers used to nominate him were perseverance, humility, integrity and compassion. Dylan is a dedicated student and teammate who makes everyone around him better. He has faced his own personal struggles and always attempts to be there for others. He is a role model for the whole student body. Keep up the great work Dylan!

Brick Student Earns National Honor 2 Years In A Row The student has been awarded the National Junior Honor Society's Outstanding Achievement Award for 2026, after receiving it in 2025.

The Ocean County School Boards Association recognized achievements during their recent meeting, honoring our very own Jackie Castellano (Brick Memorial HS) as the Ocean County Teacher of the Year and recognizing 5 of our Board of Education members for achieving milestones and certifications. Congratulations to Jackie and our BOE! Well done!

Some highlights from Mr. Sulock's Science Expo at Midstreams Elementary School, made possible by BTEA's NJEA Pep grants. Kudos to everyone involved!

Here are some photographs of the recently installed BTEA banners displayed at both high school stadiums and the Veterans Memorial Complex stadium. Through this BTEA initiative with the advertising agency, the Brick Township Public Schools will benefit from the revenues.
