Chalk the Walk is coming!

Let’s kick off the school year with a little kindness and a lot of color! Join us on Monday, August 24 from 5:30–6:30 PM to help fill the sidewalks around Cleveland with uplifting messages, encouraging words, colorful drawings, and plenty of school spirit.

Families are welcome to bring their own sidewalk chalk, but we’ll have chalk available to use, too! If you need chalk, you can pick some up in front of the school office.

Come write something that might make a student, teacher, or staff member smile as they arrive for the first day of school. Let’s cover Cleveland in positivity and start the year on a bright note!🦅

CLEVELAND WELCOME BACK BASH IS TONIGHT!

Join us tonight from 5–7 PM as we kick off a new school year and celebrate the Cleveland community!

We’ll have a variety of local vendors and food options available for purchase, including:

• Cafecito Mija Lattes and Refreshers
• BBQ from Big Brian’s Meats
• Punky’s Ice Cream
• Keychain & bracelet making with Brenda’s Beads N Things
• Crocheted handbags and wearables from Knottie By Nature

We’ll also have some free fun activities and community partners, including:
• Face painting
• LA Galaxy
• WRAP
• Cub Scouts
• Webby Dance

Plus, stop by for spirit wear pickup and clothing drive drop-off at our PTA table in the lower playground.

Entrance:
TK & Kindergarten → Enter near Hackett & Turnergrove
Grades 1–5 → Enter through the main gate on Hackett

Bring chairs and/or blankets for seating and come hang out with friends, grab some food, check out the vendors, and enjoy a fun evening together before school starts!

The wait is over! If you ordered Cleveland spirit wear, it’s time to come get your gear and show off those Eagle vibes on the first day of school!

• Pickup on Thursday, August 20th
• 5:00–7:00 PM
• Lower Playground – PTA Table

And the best part? You can pick up your spirit wear while you’re at the Welcome Back Bash! 🎉
