A Bridge to Student Success - Parent and Youth Conference and Resource Fair

Partners Resource Network and V.A.S.T. Academy are excited to invite you to participate in the PATH Project Annual Conference!

This year’s conference will take place on Saturday, May 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at HCC Central College, W. Harman Building, R.100 and R.101, 1300 Holman Sr., Houston, TX 77004.

This conference is designed to provide parents of children with disabilities, self-advocates, and youth an invaluable opportunity to learn from a range of expert speakers, as well as connect and network with other families. We’ll have both Parent Sessions and Youth Sessions, all in one place!

Important details:
• The conference is free, but registration is required.
• Youth ages 14 and older must register for youth-specific sessions.
