Walking through the pits and seeing 120 other teams...most of which have dads and mentors working on their robots...I’m proud of our team for being 100% done by the kids. Mentors asked questions, guided, challenged and discussed but never did anything FOR them.

Challenges/skills involved game strategy and system design, CAD design, plasma cutting sheet metal parts, machining parts, 3D printing parts, assembly, complex electrical design/wiring, and JAVA software coding to make it all go.

All by the kids.

These kids have bright futures.
