Season-ending 5K! 🎉 A new location this year with a beautiful course, fabulous energy, and SO much fun!
Our Burnsville/Lakeville crew absolutely crushed those miles—and even brought home several podium finishes! 🏆👏

I’m always so inspired by this event. Seeing the support, encouragement, and energy from all of these MOTR locations coming together is truly magical. What a fun morning! 💜

And the bonus? Those absolutely incredible temps! 😍 Gorgeous weather for a 5K!

Wow!!! What an incredibly gorgeous day! ☀️🍂 The best of summer and fall combined! 🤩 If you haven’t gotten outside yet, definitely carve out some time today!
So thankful to have started the morning strong with this amazing crew! 💪❤️ Cardio intervals + strength training = the perfect Saturday kickoff! 🔥

And how cute is our mama-and-daughter dynamic duo?! 🥰 We LOVE seeing families take on fitness together and watching little ones start building healthy, active habits so young! Over the years, we’ve had toddlers, preschoolers, elementary-aged kids, and teens join their mammas in class. It’s the BEST! ❤️

And those foam dumbbells?!?! 🥺😍

Friday mid-morning miles! 🏃‍♀️What a beautiful day! The humidity dropped and the temps cooled off just in time for our miles, and it felt absolutely fabulous out there! 😎
A flat, shaded route made for the perfect run—and being right up the road from Punch Pizza meant we had a delicious post-miles lunch waiting for us! 🍕😋

What a fun day with great miles, great food, and even better company! ❤️ Soaking up these last days of summer! Happy Friday!

Murphy-Hanrehan trails conquered tonight! 🌲💪 So many inclines! 😅 Knowing all those climbs are building strength, endurance, and grit make them worth the extra effort! Plus, having friends to conquer them with makes ALL the difference! ❤️👟 What a beautiful night to be on the trails!
