It’s a bittersweet day at Aloft Aviation as office manager Hannah has decided to depart the pattern, making a career move after years at the airport and taking her vast array of talents in a different direction. It’s fair to say every customer, pilot, student, or vendor that’s come through the door or called on the phone has been greeted with your friendly smile and commitment to customer service they’ve come to expect. The instructors, lineman, mechanics, and office staff have come to rely on your knowledge, attention to detail, or just an ear to vent to when needed. The chair in your office became the go to place whenever a change of scenery was needed, or just a place to hang out. You were unquestionably the heartbeat of the operation, and your sharp tongue and sense of humor will be hard to replace! We couldn’t be happier for you however, as we continue to move forward it won’t be the same around here. You will be missed by all!!!
